Expecting July 1 2024

You as the buyer agree to place a NON REFUNDABLE deposit on your chosen puppy to reserve and take off the market.  The puppy shall remain with the seller until the puppy is at least 8 weeks old and no older than 9 weeks old unless agreed upon by both parties. You (the buyer) are aware a deposit of $500 is non refundable and should you change your mind and decide you do not want or unable to take or not able to pay the outstanding balance of the puppy, the puppy and the deposit remain with the seller. By you (the buyer) placing a deposit I (the seller) agree to hold the puppy until it is at least 8 weeks old and no older than 9 weeks.  If the puppy should no longer be available due to illness or accident I (the seller) agree to refund the deposit in full. These are the terms of the sale of the puppy and by placing a non refundable deposit you agree to these terms.
